Can I come by for a one-time tryout?

If you have an SSCE sportscard, you can!

At this moment, we have an open hour of Pole Fitness on Wednesday evenings. If you want to join this class, please contact us.

For Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop, this is not possible yet, but we are looking to arrange an open class for those disciplines in the future.

How can I sign up for a beginners course?

Go to the SSC website, log in with your personal account (make sure you have a valid sportscard), and subscribe for the course.

I want to join the beginners course, but I can not sign up for it now. When will I be able to join?

New courses will start every quartile and the subscription will open 2 weeks in advance. If you want to stay up-to-date about the courses and/or try-outs, you can join the interest list.

If I want to follow classes of multiple disciplines, do I need to follow the beginners courses of all of those disciplines?

Yes, you need to finish the beginners course of each discipline separately, before you can join the classes of that discipline. This is because we want you to train safely. In order to do so, some basic knowledge and skills are needed.

Is it possible to book a workshop for me and my friends/colleagues/team/association?

Yes, this is possible! However, we are limited in the times/days we can offer. If you are interested, send us an email and we’ll see what we can arrange together. Please specify:
– The estimated number of participants;
– If all participants have a sportscard at the SSCE (day-cards do not count). Note that having a sportscard is not mandatory for joining a workshop;
– Some moments at which you are usually available.
